friday pool days

this whole summer long we have been spending all day on fridays swimming at mimi and papa's house. this was one friday when aunt sherry came to take some pictures of the girls.

KAMERON'S FIRST STEPS!!

little kam gave us a big surprise today and stood on her own! and decided to take a few first steps while she was at it too!!!! she turned 10 months and 3 days today. and the best part is that shane, kolie, and i got to see it all together. it was so exciting! and kolie just thaught it was the funniest thing she ever saw. what a great day(:

4th of july!!

for the 4th of july we spent the day swimming at mimi and papa's and then did fireworks with josh, andrea, maddi, and cait. kam was tired from all the swimming and went to sleep before it got dark enough and missed out on all the fun):

kolie has become obsessed with michael jackson lately. and what do you think her favorite video is? thriller!! we are so thankful that we have our michael jackson dvd of all his videos so that she can watch them over and over again. and since thriller is a little on the scary side, this is how she prefers to watch it.

we have really been busy this summer with parties, swimming, and pretty much more swimming. but have been having a ton of fun! these are some pics from the last few weeks.

this was kam's first big booboo. she was in her little walker and kolie was trying to play with her. kolie put her weight on one side and accidently tipped it over. she was completely upside down in it!!!!! i totally freaked out! but she is a tough little stinker. she got a huge fat lip from it, but it didn't seem to bother her for long. poor little kam kam):

we have definitely been spending alot of time in the pool this summer. i can't believe how awesome little kolie has been with her swimming! she won't let you touch her while she swims around. she jumps in and makes sure that her head goes under, and she also swims holding her breath under water with her eyes open. we are so proud of our little polar bear(: that's what she says she swims like, a polar bear.
